Graduation Requirements Beginning with the Class of 2002
Within the 220-credit expectation for graduation from high school, certain areas of study totaling 142.5 credit hours will be required of students beginning with 2002 graduates.

In addition to accumulating the required number of credit hours, students will also be required to demonstrate that they have necessary math, reading and writing skills. Demonstrations and standards for successful completion of these skill areas will be developed. Demonstrations may be completed in a particular class and/or independent of a class, depending upon how the demonstration is developed. Demonstrations will not grant credit.
