Student Expectations for Tuesday Learning Time

Parents:

On Tuesdays when students stay at school from 2:15-3:15 these are the expectations that they follow. Please be aware your students are given this information when they are in the supervised areas. Our students have done an excellent job of following these guidelines and are also getting their homework done!

Student Expectations for Tuesday Learning Time (2:15-3:15)

On Tuesdays after seventh period, students may leave the building OR they may stay in the building until 3:15 under the following conditions:

Choose one of the following supervised areas and be there by 2:15 -- no exceptions:
- Media Center (students needing computers to access resources)
- Cafeteria (if you want help with homework National Honor Society tutors are available here -- sign up ahead of time in the Counseling Center)
- G202(if you are an athlete an need to see Mac before practice this is where you should go)
Stay in the area you chose for the entire hour. You will be dismissed at 3:15.
Come prepared -- bring something to work on. This is quiet study time.
School Rules Apply -- no cell phones, no headphones, etc. Planners needed.

If you choose to leave the building, you should be out of the building an off campus by 2:15. If you must return to the building for athletics or activities, plan to enter the building at 3:15.
