East High Auditorium Renovation Fundraiser

Would you like to own a piece of East High School history?  This is your chance!!
The East High auditorium will be going through a major renovation, starting this spring.  We are offering you the opportunity to purchase the original seats at the following prices:

• 1 Chair = $10
• 2 Chairs = $15
• 3 Chairs = $20
• (4 or more at an additional $5/chair)

Renovation begins April 20th, so we need to move quickly!  If you would like to purchase seats, please show up at one of the following times and enter the building via the
NEW MAIN ENTRANCE:

• Tuesday April 14, 2009:       6:00 – 8:00 PM
• Thursday April 16, 2009:     6:00 – 8:00 PM
• Sunday April 19, 2009:                     2:00 – 4:00 PM

Seats can be purchased on site.  A school representative will meet you outside the auditorium to collect money and provide you with instructions for selecting and removing chair(s).  East custodial staff will provide the necessary tools and assist with removal of chairs.

Seats will be sold on a first come – first serve basis.

Proceeds will be used to purchase additional lighting and sound items for the newly renovated auditorium --- scheduled to open early in 2010!!
