CLASS SCHEDULES will be available to view on StudentVUE/ParentVUE starting July 24. If you need to make a schedule change, you will need to book an appointment using the online appointment calendars linked to your counselor's name below. Appointment calendars will be available on July 24. Instructions on how to use the online system were mailed home and are linked below.
Schedule Changes can be made on the following dates ---(available appointment times can be viewed when you are in the appointment calendar):
July 31: SENIORS ONLY
August 1: All Grades 9-12
August 2: All Grades 9-12
August 6: All Grades 9-12
August 8: All Grades 9-12
August 9: All Grades 9-12
*Don't worry about being first or last, the availability of classes is very limited and constantly changing, so just book your appointment when it works for you. Please only book ONE 15 minute time slot.
Instructions for how to use the online request system:
PLEASE NOTE: Using the online request system requires a login to the student's LPS email account (######@class.lps.org). After logging in:
1. Scroll to the date you would like to make your appointment, hover/click over the time.
2. Delete the counselor's name from the "What" field and add student's Last name, First name, Student ID#. Example: Doe, Jane #123456
3. PLEASE make sure your computer or device is set in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME for the appointment!
4. Click Save.
5. Students will receive a confirmation email in their LPS email once the appointment is successfully booked. If that email is not received, you will need to repeat the process with another appointment time.

****If your counselor's appointment times are full, you may make an appointment with another counselor. There also will be walk-in schedule changes on August 13-16. Students can come in during the school day, during the period they are needing to change. No requests are guaranteed, but students are welcome to come in.
Note: Classes are VERY FULL this year, please try to limit your requests for a change to the following needs:
You have taken and passed a course that is on your schedule.
You are a senior and are missing a required class for graduation.
The same course listed twice on your schedule.
There is a missing period in your schedule or a SEE COUNSELOR.
You have not met the prerequisite for a class on your schedule.
You want to make a level change (Diff/AP course to regular or vice versa).
Seniors only: you want to drop courses for pass periods/work experience (parent permission).
